Month to Month Contracts. The majority of property management firms will force you to sign at least a 12-month contract. Not us. With REIS Property Management, if you don’t love the way we manage your real estate investment, you can break up with us at anytime. While we’re confident you’ll be more than satisfied with the level of service we provide, we don’t believe in forcing clients to stay in an unhappy relationship.

Complete Transparency. Just because you’re out of the landlord business doesn't mean you should ever be out of the loop. We are committed to providing you with the most ethical, accountable and transparent property management solutions available. Our online owner portal, makes it easy to access annual accounting and balance reports, maintenance requests, and rent payments.

Tenant Placement & Screening. We put the right people into your units. From marketing, to showings, to lease signing, REIS facilitates the entire process. And when it comes to making final selections, it’s in our best interest to ensure that only the highest quality tenants are placed in your units. In addition to conducting a thorough background check that examines credit, employment, income, previous landlords, and national eviction/criminal history, we also offer up to a 12-month eviction guarantee (some exceptions apply) for any tenant that we place with you.

Maintenance and Repairs. Keeping your rental property in a state of good repair is essential to protecting your investment. At REIS, we build onto the value of your investment by offering affordable, competent and ethical maintenance and repair services. Your first hour of service is free (minus materials) and the majority of service requests can be completed within this timeframe.

Rent Collection Simplified. When we do the rent collecting for you, checks are never in the mail-they’re in your bank account. REIS provides your tenants numerous ways to pay including automatic ACH payments, traditional checks or via debit/credit card (additional service charge covered by tenant.) You’ll have complete transparency on all transactions through your own online client portal.
